To use the mug effectively, it's important to understand the correct way to insert the cigarette plug. The large copper contacts on both sides of the plug are designed to increase the current transfer and speed up the heating process. You may need to twist and turn the plug slowly as you push it into your vehicle's power outlet, as it may seem difficult at first. With a little patience, the plug will fit snugly.

If you encounter any issues with the mug, such as it not continuing to heat after 5 or 10 minutes of use, the reason may be that the inner cup is not properly in place after reassembly. To resolve this, simply stop the heating and ensure the inner tank is screwed tight enough.

Another potential issue is a mismatch between your car's power and the mug's requirements. If you see a red "ER" display, follow the steps provided to adjust the settings: long press the "I" and "-" buttons for more than 5 seconds, then use the "-" button to choose "2" and press "I" to confirm.

Please note that our 12V coffee mug is designed for 12V systems and cannot be used with 24V buses or trucks. If the mug does not work the first time you use it, the reason may be that your car's central control system has cut off power to the outlet, as is the case with certain vehicle models.

The mug features intelligent temperature control, allowing you to set the temperature from 86°F to 194°F and maintain it at the desired level, eliminating the need for repeated heating. We recommend settings of 149°F for coffee, 131°F for tea, 104°F for baby milk powder, and 194°F for noodles.

The mug's rapid boiling capability heats a 13-ounce capacity to 122°F in just 7-8 minutes, and can heat a glass of water to 194°F in 15-25 minutes at room temperature. The stainless steel inner pot and quality PP material construction provide a safe and durable user experience.

The heated travel mug is easy to use, with "+" and "-" buttons for temperature adjustment and an LCD display showing the current temperature and working status. A hidden vent is included, so be cautious not to turn the mug upside down to avoid burns from hot water.
